Eden Fantasys Review + Giveaway (18+)

It doesn't matter if you've been married one year, or twenty. I think it's important to nurture your physical relationship. It can be easy to get into a rut, so why not introduce something new into your bedroom?

EdenFantasys.com has everything you could possibly think of to spice up your love life, and probably things you never knew existed! Their products range from tame to wild. Even if you aren't interested in some of the more adventurous toys, I promise you can find something that fits your taste. They have sweet lingerie or naughty costumes, massage kits, romantic music and candles, videos and much more. One great thing about EdenFantasys website is that every product has customer reviews and forum discussions, so you can see what others have to say before you buy a product.
I received a Love Essentials Kit for review from EdenFantasys. This kit includes:
  • Honey Dust: As soft as a warm breeze and aromatic as a honeysuckle blossom, this delicately sensuous powder is made with pure, natural honey, one of ancient India’s most prized skin conditioners. The fine, edible powder beckons you to dust the skin with its silky-soft glow using the handmade feather applicator.
  • Original Oil of Love: Heat up your next love session with this travel size sensually warming massage oil from Kama Sutra. Presented in a petite canister that is ideal for travel or discreet bedside drawers, it makes a perfect gift for enhancing intimacy.
  • Lubricating Love Liquid: Light weight water-based lubricant formulated without sugars, this unscented moisturizing lubricant is a love making essential.

I received my kit packaged discreetly in the mail. Your mailman doesn't need to know what you are ordering online! I think the Love Essentials Kit is a great way to add a little extra to your love life, without being overwhelming or uncomfortable.

Designer Wanted!!

I need some help! I am looking for someone who can help give Mommy Loves Giveaways a bloggy makeover. I am SO not good at that kind of thing. (I don't have much of a creative bone at all in my body.) If you, or someone you know can help me out here, please email me @ heather.busch2 (at) gmail (dot) com.

Extra Entries Reminder

Don't forget if you got extra entries for either voting for Max in the cutest baby contest at Mama Notes, or when I gave entries for getting new followers: To use the extra entries, just comment on the giveaway you want to use them on, and write "Extra Entry #1 : voted for Max" or whatever you did to get the entries. UPrinting Postcard Giveaway

UPrinting has spotlighted another product on Mommy Loves Giveaways. This time it's postcards! I know, you may be wondering what you would need 100 postcards for, but let's get creative here people. You can pretty much use a postcard for tons of things you would mail, but save the envelope! Bonus: save a tree! :)
UPrinting has offered me 100 postcards, and I think I will be using them for Holiday cards. I want to put our family picture on them, and creating postcards, instead of custom photo cards will save me tons of $$$. You could also use them for invitations to a holiday party, or how about custom notecards, or even thank you cards for a wedding or birthday? The possibilities are endless. I wish I would have thought about these for Max's birth announcements, or our wedding thank you cards. It really is a great way to save some money in "these economic times." You can also check out reviews here.

One reader will win 100 postcards from UPrinting as well!

Ouch Pouch Review + Giveaway

An Ouch Pouch is a genius invention; it is a unique and stylish first-aid pouch with a see through side, so you can see what you have, and what you need to refill. I, personally, am Mrs. Planner. I have to have a ginormous purse (now diaper bag) with everything I could possibly need, just in case.
You can buy the Basic Loaded Ouch Pouch, which includes:
  • a Packaged Neosporin-to-go
  • tweezers
  • 3 antiseptic wipes
  • 3 bandaids
  • a lollipop- to make it all better!
Or you can buy the Super Loaded Ouch Pouch, which includes:
  • Thermometer
  • travel sunscreen
  • antibacterial wipes
  • Neo-to-go
  • bandaids
  • tweezers
  • a tylenol pack,
  • lollipop

You can also buy Ouch Pouches empty so you can fill them with whatever you like, for example, medicine, chapstick, hand sanitizer, etc. I received one basic pouch, and four empty pouches. I love that the pouches keep me organized. Not only do I have the first-aid pouch in the diaper bag, but I also have one that holds my travel boogie wipes; I have another that holds my chapstick, lipstick, breath mints, and eye drops, so if I don't have Max, I can easily transfer my personal pouch. Yes, I have THREE pouches in my bag. The see through side is so handy because you can see what's in there (duh), but I love the fun patterns and cute snaps. I would recommend having an ouch pouch in every car, bag, purse, and one in the house. Another great idea is to stock up your child's team with Ouch Pouches.

One lucky reader is going to win an Ouch Pouch of your fabric choice!

Buy It:
You can buy Ouch Pouches from their shop on Etsy. For every Ouch Pouch you buy, you will be entered into a drawing and the winner's pouch will be filled with first-aid supplies!

Win It:
Visit Ouch Pouch and tell me which fabric you would pick. (You will need to look through the listings to see fabric choices.) This entry is mandatory and must be completed before any other entries will be counted.

UPrinting Business Card Giveaway

I have recently partnered with UPrinting.com to bring my readers some awesome giveaways. UPrinting specializes in (what else?) quality printing products for businesses and homes. They offer brochures, greeting cards, banners, labels, and much more. Today, we are spotlighting business cards.
UPrinting is sending me 250 business cards, and I'm going to be creating some cards to go along with Mommy Loves Giveaways. (I'm still new, remember?) Even if you don't have a business, you can still benefit from UPrinting, because Mommy Cards are all the rage now. Now, when you meet a new mom, and want to set up a playdate, instead of searching for a pen and scrap of paper at the bottom of you purse, you can just whip out your Mommy Card. What a great idea! UPrinting has tons of pre-made templates, or you can create your own, which I think is a great way to show off your personality. One thing I like about UPrinting is their review link. If you are like me, you research everything before you buy it.

One of you lucky readers is also going to receive 250 business cards!

Boogie Wipes Review + Giveaway

Boogie Wipes came into my life right when I needed them. Max was suffering from a horrible cold (we both were!) and the poor guy's little nose was just running all day long. He couldn't sleep from the congestion and his nose was just getting raw from me wiping it constantly. I can't stand the sight of a child with snot dripping down his face and the parent doing nothing about it. And then Boogie Wipes showed up at my doorstep.
Boogie Wipes are wipes made with saline to help break up mucous. They are hypoallergenic and alcohol-free. The cloths are moisturized with Vitamin E, Aloe, and Chamomile so they are extra soft, and Max actually quit screaming and arching away from me trying to wipe his nose. I went through an entire pack during his cold! Boogie Wipes come in three scents: Original Fresh Scent, Great Grape, and Magic Menthol. My favorite is menthol (yes I used them too!). One tip from the website says to warm the wipe up and hold on your nose to draw out the mucous. I have discovered where I can buy Boogie Wipes, and they will be a new staple to my shopping list, especially during the winter!
Boogie Wipes has offered one of my readers two 30-count packs of Boogie Wipes!

Buy It:
You can buy Boogie Wipes from their website http://www.boogiewipes.com or a find a retailer near you.

Chic Moderne Review + Giveaway

Chic Moderne offer unique and chic (of course) products of the best quality. They specialize in recycled Italian leather accessories, including wallets (pictured below), handbags and briefcases, notebooks, card and pen cases, and more. Using new Italian leather scraps, they create stylish business accessories that last.
Chic Moderne also carries these cool hand-poured Austrian candles. They are made with Natural Palm Oil and the colors are so vibrant and bold. I love the designs.
I received a Chic Moderne hand-milled French Soap. The soaps are made in Provence, and these creamy soaps are infused with Shea Butter for added moisture. My soap is lemongrass, and it smells SO GOOD. Such a clean fresh scent. I also really like the way my skin feels after using it. The bar is stamped on one side, and it just looks so fancy, I almost don't want to use it. It would make a great gift!
One of my readers is going to win a bar of French Soap from Chic Moderne!

Baby Dipper Review + Giveaway

The Baby Dipper bowl is a genius invention of (who else?) a mom who was looking for a better way. She was frustrated when she couldn't find a bowl that allowed her to feed her twin girls, using only one hand. So she came up with the Baby Dipper bowl.
I was sent a Baby Dipper bowl and spoon set to review. Right away, I was impressed with the non-slip base on the bowl. I haven't seen that in a bowl before. It also has a sloping inside, so the food slides to the inside corner and that, together with the included spoon, makes it easier to scoop spoonfuls to your baby's mouth. No more scraping the bowl. The bowl is transparent, so you can see inside it. Frankly, I just think it looks cool. For you safety conscious mamas (aren't we all?) the Baby Dipper bowl is lead- and phthalate-free. The bowl holds 4 ounces, but I wish they made a bigger size, as well. I don't trust Max to feed himself yet, (the hands go right IN the bowl or the bowl ends up on the floor) but I think the Baby Dipper bowl will be a great one for him to learn with.

Baby Dipper has offered one of my readers a bowl/spoon set!

Buy It:
You can buy the Baby Dipper bowl from their website here.

Visit Baby Dipper and tell me one of the awards they have won. This entry is mandatory and must be completed before any other entries will be counted.

Mommy Monday

We took Max to his first ever high school football game. I haven't even been to one since I was in high school, and even then I was a cheerleader on the sidelines. It was interesting to be in the stands. Cold, but fun! Max had a blast with all the people and all the excitement. We went to see my sister-in-law's boyfriend, a senior, play in one of his last games. I won't get into details, but I was reminded of the politics that surround high school sports. It truely disgusted me, and made me think about when Max plays sports. I can only imagine how protective of him I will be, and I'm curious to see how well I let him fight his own battles. I have a short temper and I am not the type to let people walk all over me, or my family.

So, if you have children old enough to be in sports, how do you handle situations involving your child and the coach (or other players) or how do you think you will, when your kids are old enough?

Cutest Fall Baby Contest

Go check out Mama Notes to vote in the Cutest Fall Baby Contest and vote for your favorite. And (SHAMELESS MOMMY PLUG) if you vote for #11 you get THREE extra entries into any of my giveaways. (You can use them all on one, or split them up.) Comment here after you voted. I will be checking, so let's be honest.
Contest ends Friday October 30th.

Flirty Aprons Review + Giveaway

I said it before; I love to cook, but I just don't do it very often. Honestly, the main reason I don't cook as often, is because I hate the clean-up. I think I have found a reason to get in the kitchen more often, though. Flirty Aprons has the cutest kitchen aprons I have ever seen in my life! I want to cook just so I have a reason to wear one. In fact, I want one in every print.
Flirty Aprons was awesome enough to send me an apron for review. I chose the Scarlet Blossom apron, and it looks even more adorable in person. I love the colors, the way the red pops off the black and white. The contrast of patterns is fun, but not too much. The quality of the apron is better than I thought it would be. It's more than just for looks, you can actually use it,
without worrying if it will hold up. Here are some more of my favorites:I love this Very Cherry apron. It's so bright and FUN. Don't you just want to go put this apron on and make a cherry pie? I don't even know how to bake a pie, but I want to learn, just so I can wear this while I do it!
I don't know how I missed this Party Pink apron. Pink is my favorite color, and this apron sure is PINK!! Very girly.
I also want this Blue Chocolate apron. I love the stripes and polka dots combo. And the colors blue and brown go together so well. Adorable.
Flirty Aprons offers several of their aprons in children's sizes, so Mommy and Daughter can match. Isn't that precious?
No need for Dads to feel left out. Flirty Aprons has several aprons for men too!

Buy It:
You can buy any of these aprons and more at the Flirty Aprons website or find a store near you.

Win It:

Dei Fratelli Pasta Sauce and Salsa Review

Dei Fratelli is fourth-generation, family-owned company. They started out canning tomatoes and have expanded their products to include tomato products, pasta sauces, salsas, juices, sauerkraut, and more. All of their products are made using only the finest ingredients.

Dei Fratelli has eight pasta sauces. I received three flavors to try out, Traditional, Tomato & Basil, and Marinara.
  • Traditional: A full-bodied sauce created from vine-ripened crushed and diced tomatoes blended with onions, peppers, oregano, basil, garlic and Romano cheese.
  • Tomato & Basil: The delicately clean flavor created by combining vine-ripened crushed and diced tomatoes with fresh chopped basil leaves.
  • Marinara: The refreshingly, robust taste of crushed and diced vine-ripened tomatoes mingle with flavorful onions, garlic and Italian seasonings.

I also received two types of salsas (our of seven) to try out, Black Bean & Corn and Casera.
  • Black Bean & Corn: A delightful blend of black beans and roasted corn carefully blended with tomatoes and peppers.
  • Casera: Casera, meaning “homemade”, is a clean, fresh tasting blend of tomatoes, onions and peppers complimented by fresh cilantro and lime juice.

Overall, I thought the flavors were great, in both the sauces and the salsas. My husband normally likes homemade pasta sauce and salsa, but he even liked them! That's the true test. They definitely had a homemade taste about them. I especially liked the pasta sauces. I LOVE Italian food, and I will be buying Dei Fratelli sauces in the future. I am curious to try the other varieties.

Please check out the Dei Fratelli website to see their other products, find some yummy recipes and tips for healthier living.

I received these products in exchange for writing this review. This is my opinion.
