Nutrisystem Weigh In Week #2

Today is my second week weigh in, no drum roll this time since I didn't lose any weight. Sad, I know. I was so sure I was going to lose weight this week after my great week on Nutrisystem last week. I don't know what happened. I was doing great the first 4 days of the second week (no cheating) but the scale wasn't budging at all. I got a little frustrated because I didn't know why I wasn't losing any weight, and then my sister in law came down to visit and that's when I decided to cheated...two times! I didn't go overboard or anything, but still I cheated.

Last week I was saying I wasn't going to cheat, and I ended up cheating, but I'm not going to let these two little slip ups stop me from reaching my goal of losing weight. I'm starting off this week strong and hope I continue to lose weight.

What I love for breakfast: Biscuits & Gravy and Chocolate Muffin:

(Not together, of course!)

I really love the Nutrisystem breakfast and dinner foods. Breakfast has so many great choices and everything taste really good. Dinner for me is all about the pizza! I love pizza and being able to eat pizza makes me feel like I'm not even on a diet. I'm having a harder time with lunch, I'm a very picky eater so there are only a few lunch items I really like. It's funny though, my husband will taste something I don't like and tell me he likes it! Most of the lunch items I like are the frozen meals such as the Chicken Fajita melt, oh man it's so yummy!

Weight Loss:
Week 1 -----4 pounds
Week 2-----0 pounds :(

  2. You've losy a total of 4 pounds so you should be proud of that! Just stick yo your plan and perhaps add a little bit of cardio, if you aren't already and I know you'll start to see the results you want. :-)

  3. 4 pounds in two weeks is fab! Don't worry about the second week you blast it this week!

    Make sue you are drinking lots of water! When you diet your body tries to hold on to it and will keep you from losing...I try to get in 10 8oz cups :)

  4. Don't worry...the pounds will melt off! I'm in Week 17, and still losing! It's been slow and steady the entire time (I have a lot of health issues, so exercise isn't really in my routine), but I continue to show progress every week.

    I also love that chocolate muffin (LOVE) but I've never gotten the Biscuits & Gravy...darn I want that! LOL.

  7. You know what? Don't get discouraged. It is better to lose weight slow and you are on a great program! So it will come off...just keep plugging away! Their food looks sooo good!
