Nutrisystem Weigh In Week 25

I'm feeling so good this week!  Not only did I lose a pound last week, but I've started this week off right with some exercise.  I know some people would rather exercise than diet but I'm the opposite.  I'd rather diet than exercise...but I know I need to do both to successfully lose the weight and keep it off.  With the help of Nutrisystem I've lost a total of 32 pounds so far!

I'm also pretty happy that my husband has started dieting too.  I know with both of us watching what we eat, we'll be able to fully support each other.  It's not easy being on a diet when your significant other is eating fast food.  

I'm only 8 pounds away from 40 pounds lost and another Nutribear...I JUST KNOW I CAN DO IT!
