Nutrisystem Weigh In Week 26

I had a great week last week.  I followed the Nutrisystem program strictly, hoping to lose weight, and I lost a pound.  To be honest, I was a little disappointed that I only lost 1 pound after being strict for a week, but a pound is better than nothing.  My biggest problem is the weekends...ugh it's so hard to be good on the weekends. I usually make the excuse that since I've been good all week, I deserve a reward...which is usually pizza...not good!

Instead of rewarding myself with junk food, I need to buy myself something cute, like a new blouse or purse.  Now that I've lost 30 lbs shopping is definitely much more fun!

I'm hoping to lose another pound or two this week, but I'm a little nervous since I'm starting to run out of my Nutrisystem meals.  My baby was sick last week and I forgot to place my order for my next shipment.  Hopefully it comes in soon, or I'm going to be eating oatmeal instead of my delicious double chocolate muffins for breakfast!

  2. I was just telling myself I need to set a target date to lose this darned 10 pounds and then I get to go spend money on new clothes! I might just do that!

  3. I agree with Katie, I've been following your journey for many months and I love your approach. It's easy to say, "Oh, I'm going to follow a perfect diet and cut out all junk food forever", and drop a bunch of weight quickly on a crash diet, but that's usually difficult to maintain. I don't think it's realistic to say, "I'll never eat cake ever again" - I think your approach of changing your overall lifestyle and allowing for the fact that life will happen is fantastic, and look at the results you're getting!
