Nutrisystem Weigh In Week 29

I feel pretty good about this week.  I cut out a lot of my snacking and followed my Nutrisystem program.  I cut back on diet soda and upped my water intake, and I even added in some exercise!  I feel my motivation coming back.  The only bad thing about this week was getting my period. Whenever I'm PMSing, I get bloated, crave junk, break out, etc.  So I wasn't surprised that I didn't lose any weight this week, but also I didn't gain any.

I haven't lost much weight recently, but my husband has been telling me I look smaller.  So I pulled out the measuring tape, and was surprised to find out I'm losing inches!  I've been feeling down since the scale isn't moving much, but it feels great knowing that I'm losing inches. 

Inches Lost recently:
Neck: .5 inch
Waist: 1 inch
Hips: 1 inch

I was so focused on the scale, I forgot all about losing inches!  It's nice that my husband can see my results, he always makes me feel so good.

  1. Yay! Congratulations! 30 pounds is a lot and you are at 32! Spring is creeping up and then we will all be more motivated to exercise.

  5. Inches are really important to factor in. The scale can stay at the same number even when you are "Shrinking" - my current weight in the past looked a whole lot smaller than it does now, because my knee injury prevents me from doing much of any activity or moving around so I've lost all muscle tone while recovering. Crazy!! Congrats on your continued success!
